Product Description

SSAW spiral welded pipe is a spiral seam steel pipe made of strip steel coil as raw material, often warmly extruded, and welded by automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding process.

SSAW spiral welded pipe includes ordinary spiral steel pipe and thick-walled spiral steel pipe. The advantages of thick-walled spiral steel pipe over ordinary thick-walled spiral steel pipe are: high compressive strength, high impact strength, high safety performance and longer service life. The strength of SSAW spiral welded pipe is generally higher than that of straight seam welded pipe. It can produce welded pipes with larger diameters from narrower billets, and can also use billets of the same width to produce welded pipes with different diameters.
