1. How long can make delivery?
For stock products,  we would be able to make shipments in 5- 7 working days after receiving deposit or receiving L/C; for products need new production with common materials, usually we can make shipments in 15-20 days; for products need new production with special and rare materials, usually need 30-40 days to make shipment.
2. Will the Test Certificate be certified to EN10204 3.1?
For the newly produced products there is no need for furthur cutting or processing, we will provide the Original Mill Test Certificate certified to EN10204 3.1; for the stock products and the products need cutting or furthur processing, we will issue Certificate of Quality in our Company, It will show the original mill condition and the production datas.
3. Once the received products found not comply with the products the contract demands, what will you do?
Once the received products found not comply with the products the contract lists, after we receive the pictures and the official documents and other data from your side which can frimly prove the real situation, we will compensate your loss immidiatly.

4. What can I get after I pay the deposit?
After you pay the deposit, we will immediately lock the price for the day and process or produce according to your requirements. We will also update the production progress in a timely manner. When the goods are ready, we will inform you in time and provide all the information before shipment.
