Q1. How soon can you make delivery?
A: For products that we have stock, it will take 2-5 days to make shipments after receiving deposit or receiving T/T;
For products that need new production for common materials,usually make shipments in 7-10 days;
For products that need special and rare materials, usually need 15-20 days to make shipment.
Q2. Can you provide samples?
A: We provide free samples to customers for checking and inspection, yet the transportation cost will be covered by customers.
Q3. What's your payment term?
A: T/T L/C down payments 30% deposite and balance 70% .
Q4. What's your shipment term?
A: For samples delivery we usually use DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive.
Airline, railway, and sea shipping are also optional.
For mass products, we usually use sea freight .
Q5. Do you accept customize?
A: Yes. The specification of products such as thickness, coating, color and petern etc. can be customized as the customers' request.
Q6. How do you ensure the quality?
A:Mill Test Certificate is supplied with shipment.
We also welcome third-party testing organizations, such as SGS, to verify our factories and products for test.
