Cold rolled coil refers to a steel strip that is directly rolled to a certain thickness by a roller at room temperature 
and then rolled into a whole coil by a coiler. Compared with hot rolled coil, the surface of cold rolled coil is 
brighter and smoother,but it wll produce more intenal stress and is often annealed after cold roling.
