The full name of PPGL is Pre-painted galvalume steel, which is a color-coated steel based on aluminum-zinc plating. It combines the strength of steel with the excellent corrosion resistance of a zinc-aluminum coating. The Galvalume coating is made of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. In addition to excellent corrosion resistance, PPGL sheet also has high thermal reflectivity, making it heat resistant.
