Metal floor decking sheet

Metal floor decking for concrete is a type of corrugated steel sheet that serves as a formwork for concrete slabs and, in some cases, also acts as a structural component of the floor system. It's installed over steel joists or beams and supports wet concrete during the curing process. When concrete is poured on top of it, the metal deck can either act as a permanent form (form decking) or, with the addition of embossments, it can bond with the concrete to create a composite floor system.
