The bi-metal clad wear-resistant steel plate is a plate product specially designed for large-area wear conditions. Plate products made of wear-resistant layers with excellent abrasiveness.
Wear resistant steel plate has high wear resistance and good impact performance. It can be cut,bending,welding and so on .It can be connected with other structures such as welding, plug welding and bolt connection. It has the characteristics of time saving and convenience in the process of maintenance. It is widely used in metallurgy, coal, cement, electric powder and glass. Mine building materials, brick and tile and other industries.
1. High wear resistance: the wear resistance is more than 15-20 times that of ordinary steel plates, 5-10 times that of low-alloy steel plates, and 2-5 times that of high-chromium cast iron.
2. Better impact performance: the wear-resistant layer resists the wear of the wear medium, and the substrate bears the load of the medium.
3. Better heat resistance: The alloy wear-resistant layer is recommended to be used under ≤600ºC. If vanadium, molybdenum and other alloys are added to the alloy wear-resistant layer, it can withstand high temperature wear of ≤800ºC.
4. Good corrosion resistance: The alloy layer of the wear-resistant composite steel plate contains a high percentage of metallic chromium, so it has certain rust and corrosion resistance.
5. Good processing performance: wear-resistant steel plate can be cut, bent or crimped, welded and punched, and can be processed into various parts.
