Rebar (Rebar) refers to reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete steel, the cross section of which is circular, sometimes square with rounded corners. Including circular steel bar, ribbed steel bar, torsion steel bar. Reinforced concrete with steel bar refers to reinforced concrete reinforcement with straight or disk strip steel, its appearance is divided into two kinds of light round steel bar and deformed steel bar, delivery state for straight and disk round two kinds.
The inspection of steel bar first to check the steel plate number and quality certificate; Next want to do appearance inspection, from each batch of rebar extract 5%, check its surface shall not have cracks, wounds and lamination, rebar surface convex block shall not exceed the height of the transverse rib, the depth and height of the defect shall not be greater than the allowable and deviation of the part, rebar every meter bending degree shall not be greater than 4 mm; In the following mechanical property test, if each batch is less than 60 tons, two pieces will be taken from it, and two sections of each piece will be cut for tensile and cold bending tests respectively. When cutting the specimen, 100-500mm of both ends of the steel bar should be removed. When the specimen is larger than 60 tons, the corresponding steel bar should be taken. If the result of one test does not meet the requirements, a double quantity of samples from the same batch is used for each test. If there is still one unqualified sample, the batch of rebar is unqualified. If brittle fracture, poor welding performance or abnormal mechanical properties occur in the process of hot rolled rebar, chemical composition analysis and other special inspection should be carried out.
