Galvanized coil 

Galvanized coil is a product obtained by hot-dip galvanizing ordinary carbon steel coil. Galvanized coil is widely used in the fields of industry and construction. The production process of galvanized coil is to evenly cover the surface of the steel coil with zinc layer through hot-dip galvanizing process after surface treatment of ordinary carbon steel coil

1. Galvanizing process:

Hot-dip galvanizing: immerse the steel coil in a molten zinc tank so that zinc is evenly attached to the surface of the steel coil. This process can provide a thicker zinc layer with stronger corrosion resistance.

Electrogalvanizing: Through electrochemical reaction, zinc ions are deposited on the surface of the steel coil to form a zinc layer. This process can provide a more uniform zinc layer, but the zinc layer is relatively thin.

2. Advantages:

Corrosion resistance: The zinc layer can effectively prevent the steel coil from rusting and corrosion, and extend its service life.
